Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline any commission request. I retain copyright and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more.

Proper crediting of my work is required. In your about-section, a direct link to my Twitter or Website is required as well as any specification(s) of what I worked on.

You do not have the rights to recolor, retouch, redistribute or edit any part of any commission.

All commissions are done with approval to stream the work process, share work in progress, or post freely about at any time. If you'd rather not share the process before a certain date (for example, V-Tuber Debut Dates) you may request that before I start work on your commission.

In light of the growing popularity of AI "Art" I would like to make clear that I do not, nor will I ever, support using AI Generated Imagery.

You do not, under any circumstance, have permission to feed my artwork into an AI Generator.

Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.

Communication channels may include Discord, Twitter, email, Vgen, Bluesky, or others.I will always try to respond to messages as soon as I can, but my response time may vary up to 1 week in order to provide better or more concrete updates.

Stream assets and Vtuber model commissions come with Personal and Commercial Use Licensing. This means you can use it for anything that does not directly earn you revenue (ex: Stream and Schedule Illustrations, Desktop Wallpaper, Social Media Posts, etc.) If you are unsure, please ask first.

Live2D commissions are considered commercial-use. You may use it for streaming/videos, etc. If you are commissioning from a talent company, additional costs will incur according to the scale of the company (up to 1.5x).

The commissions do not come with Merchandise Licensing. Merchandise Licensing is required to be purchased if you intend on making money off the illustration directly (ex: Selling Art Prints, Stickers, other physical goods, and digital resell for things such as calendars, purchasable wallpapers, etc.)

If you would like Merchandise Licensing, it must first be discussed with me and the commission cost is doubled.

You must credit me for the work done. You are not allowed to claim the work as your own. You may credit me by putting what I contributed to in the panels section of your stream with a link to my Twitter and Website or tagging/linking to me on your social media posts.

You may not share any WIPs or incomplete material of the commissions received without my signature or watermark.

The rights to the characters represented in commissions belong to their respective owners.

Any and all revisions due to error on my end will be done 100% for free, no questions asked.

Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required. Any additional charges for edits will be discussed and mutually agreed upon, as always.

No more requested edits or revisions will be provided once the commission has been completed and sent off unless you notice an error on my part.

All Prices are in USD.

Payments through Wise are preferred, but PayPal and Vgen payments are available if needed. An invoice or payment link will be sent to you. This is the only way I will accept payment for mutually agreed upon commission.

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

Twitch donations, gifting subs or bits, sending money through PayPal without an invoice, or any other way of sending funds to me will not be accepted as payment for commissions unless agreed upon beforehand.

You will not request any PayPal chargeback.100% of payment is required upfront unless thoroughly discussed and mutually agreed upon with the client to set up a payment plan.

Once work has begun or payments have been made, you acknowledge that the work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

The Artist and Client acknowledges that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information), or are incorporated into the deliverables, that will not be visible to the public shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.

100% refunds will be offered before I begin working on your commission.After I've started work on your commission, refunds will be given based on how much time has been put into the project and how much has already been completed.

You, the client, are 18+ and are legally able to commit to an agreement or have a legal guardian to make this agreement on your behalf.

Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.
